A WARM WELCOME

A space to pause.
And be yourself.

Therapy begins with a human connection. A chance to be heard, to explore what matters to you, and to see whether we feel like a good fit.

Get to know Mose

At your pace. With room for your story.

Still blue water and a small boat in a sunlit Mediterranean harbour
ROOTED IN THE MEDITERRANEANA sense of warmth. A place to arrive.

ROOM TO BEGIN

You don’t need to have
everything figured out.

Finding a therapist is personal. You might know what you want to explore, or you might simply feel that something needs attention. This is a place to start getting to know me before deciding what comes next.

MEET MOSE

Southern Italian roots.
A curiosity about
human connection.

01

Brindisi, Southern Italy
Where my story began

Hello, I’m Mose.

I grew up in Brindisi, a port town in southern Italy, and lived there for the first 23 years of my life. The warmth and readiness to connect that I associate with home are things I carry into my relationships with people.

I moved to the UK to study a science-based subject, first as an undergraduate and then for a PhD. Over time, I realised that what drew me most was understanding the mind and the dynamics between people.

That journey led me towards therapy. I want this website to give you a sense of the person you would be meeting, and help you consider whether I could be the right therapist for you.

THINKING ABOUT THERAPY

A conversation that
starts with you.

01 / CONNECTION

Finding a good fit

Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters. Learning about the person behind the practice can help you decide whether you want to take the next step.

02 / EXPLORATION

Room for questions

You may arrive with questions about yourself, your relationships or your experiences. You don’t need a perfectly prepared explanation to begin exploring therapy.

03 / YOUR CHOICE

A considered beginning

Before arranging sessions, you should have clear information about how a therapist works, the practical details and what to expect.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few things you
might be wondering.

More about the practice will be added here as this introduction develops.

How do I know whether a therapist is right for me?

Reading about their background and approach is a useful starting point. You can also ask how they work and consider whether you feel comfortable speaking with them. You are welcome to take time over that decision.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to talk about?

You don’t need to have everything neatly organised. Questions, uncertainty and a sense that you would like to understand something better can all be reasons to explore therapy.

Where are sessions held, and what do they cost?

Mose’s session formats, location, fees and availability will be added once confirmed.

How can I get in touch?

Contact and booking information will be added here soon. This introductory page is not yet accepting enquiries.
